Our story
Formed in 2025, Payette Legal, PLLC incorporates the digital age into the Idaho legal landscape. Idaho is the 11th largest state in our country by land area. Despite Idaho’s growing population (approximately 2 million), Idaho only has approximately 5500 lawyers, most of whom anchor themselves in the larger metropolitan areas such as Boise or Coeur d’Alene.
The mission of Payette Legal, PLLC is to bring legal services to the rural areas of Southwestern Idaho, commonly referred to as the Third Judicial District by the Idaho Judicial Branch. Judicial Districts are regional groups of counties that administer the District Courts and Magistrate's Divisions of our state court system.
Payette Legal, PLLC was created by Idaho attorney Spencer Winningham, Esq. who got his footing in the Third Judicial District. Spencer has represented numerous clients in Canyon County, Payette County, Washington County, and more.
